"I am a bit biased I like japanese and Korean cuisine by default. This place is a hidden gem ! Great food , great service and always fresh. Gimbap is my favourite snack but even the bowls are great and customisable. Prices are fair and portions are filling. This is by far my current favorite take away in Ealing ! P.s there is corndog as well"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had bibimbap at Ssal Factory today and everything was amazing. The staff were super kind and friendly. My son loved the chicken katsu curry, and the spicy chicken cupbap. The hot dog was perfectly crispy too -Yum! It was very filling and satisfying for lunch. The food was well packaged, making it perfect for takeaway, and there is also plenty of space inside if you want to sit in. I’m really glad to have such a lovely Korean restaurant in Ealing."

"If you're looking for a quick Korean meal, then this is perfect. Their Kimbabs are made fresh daily and they have a proper coal fire to cook the meat for the Kimbabs so the meat has a great smokey flavour to it. They have a mix of meat and veggie options as well. Their matcha strawberry lattes are exactly like the ones I have tasted in Korea and the place itself is very clean and has a modern feel."

"If you want instant food thats delicious, i highly recommend this place! They have the usual korean food that would surely cater to anyones taste! I always go for their lunch meals with japchae and kfc! Orr korean corn dogs Plus the staff here are very friendly and serve you with beautiful smiles!"

"Did not like the food too much but it was my first time trying Korean food so my palette just wasn’t used to it. The atmosphere was wonderful though, the staff member was so nice to me. She explained what everything was and helped me pick what to get. The bathroom smelled wonderful and the seating area is really nice."

"i love it here! my favorite would be the sweet chili chicken and the spicy kimbap :) the tteokbokki is a bit too sweet for my liking though (because i do prefer a spicier one). but overall, the food tastes amazing! the portion is great and worth the price. will come back here to try out their other menu :D"

"Went to their soft launch today! Staff were super friendly, the coffee was nice tasting. There were many takeaway food options - the beef bulgogi kimbap was very well priced, filling and tasty! The fried chicken were also super tasty. There’s a section for indoor dining as well."
